Lean Six Sigma Green & Black Belt w/Project Coach

Green Belt training will allow you to deliver measurable, sustainable improvement by finding the root causes of problems and streamlining processes. In Black Belt training, you will further develop your process improvement, project management, and leadership skills using clear language and plenty of practical examples. You will also receive 1-on-1 Project Coaching with a Master Black Belt, which will help ensure that your project is completed properly and efficiently. Fees for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Black Belt Certification exams are included. You will learn what Lean Six Sigma is, where it came from, and why organizations benefit from it. Additionally, the course covers: the 8 Wastes, finding and selecting a Lean Six Sigma project, applying the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC methods, using facilitation skills that improve leadership capabilities, and learning to coach Lean Six Sigma practitioners through each Phase of DMAIC.
